My New Book, When Good Moms Feel Bad, Available for Pre-order | Coming on February 3, 2026
I want you to have a soft place where you can feel held in your grief and your ambivalent feelings about motherhood. All of your feelings are welcome, even the ones you are ashamed of. I want you to feel empowered to question the narratives you have learned about being a mom, whether those messages come from the larger society, your culture, or your own family of origin.
My goal is to help you uncover your innate Self-trust and Self-compassion so you can more fully enjoy not only motherhood, but every aspect of your complicated life. Let's navigate the wildness together.
I specialize in working with moms in Silicon Valley, one-on-one. In these sessions, we talk about and process anything that is weighing on you. I take a holistic approach to your challenges, meaning I am always paying attention to what’s going on for you physically, mentally, and spiritually. I use a variety of modalities, such as Internal Family Systems, and Brainspotting.
Sometimes babies seem particularly distressed and in turn, this makes moms distressed! Of course it does. Since infants are unable to verbalize their experiences, I utilize Brainspotting to help them process whatever they are holding. This modality is gentle and slow. I require mom (or parent) to be present in these sessions because I want you not only to be involved and engaged in what I am doing, but your presence helps your baby feel safe.
I work with couples who have experienced a loss or a trauma together and would like support in processing this as a unit. I also love working with pregnant couples who want to prepare for their baby’s arrival. I do not work with high conflict couples.
Mom Parts Salons are group sessions for moms who want to learn to understand themselves better, in community. It doesn’t matter how old your kid(s) are - every stage of motherhood presents new challenges, and it’s enlightening to see how similar our struggles are, regardless of age. All moms are welcome.

Being a therapist for moms is heavily influenced by my own experiences of becoming a mom and being a mom.
Getting pregnant came with some challenges. Carrying a baby to term was not always possible, and giving birth was different each time (three, to be exact). It became instantly clear to me that I needed a community of other moms whom I could trust and bond with to support each other through the rollercoaster of motherhood. I felt in my bones that being a therapist for moms was the sacred work I was called to do.
