But being a mom when you feel isolated and alone is even harder.

What if you could find a community that understood what you are going through?

That validated how you are feeling?

A community that could help you heal any shame you feel and hold your grief, too?

What if you had a soft place to land?

Being a mom is hard.

Mini-Retreat for Moms

Held in the Middle: Mom Camp for Midlife Moms

You are invited to a mini-retreat designed to help you get your emotional needs met as you care for everyone else. Through meditation, parts-work, gentle movement, and community building, we will explore the four core themes of midlife motherhood: body image, changing identity, friendship, and Mothering. We will get to know the parts of you that are working so diligently to help you through this time, but at the same time are making you feel overwhelmed, resentful, angry, lonely, and exhausted - and make room for the inescapable vulnerabilities of motherhood - shame and grief.

Summer is over, the kids have gone back to school, and now you are back to the grind. What if you took a moment to Mother yourself?
